Building Material Advice and Supply

Most of my time is currently spent with EH Smith where I am responsible for 'Strategic Business Development.' In plain english, I look for opportunities and then develop a strategy to make them happen. I do a lot of work with Masterplan Architects, City Planning and Regeneration teams and large building contractors, and this is very much my focus. I am fortunate enough to have an excellent team of more than 600 staff to back up my efforts.

Founded in 1922, E H Smith is now one of the largest privately owned building materials suppliers to the construction industry in the UK, employing over 600 people, with a turnover in of almost £110m (2007/8)
We have been involved in major building projects for almost a century and have an established pedigree that demonstrates our continued commitment to meeting the specialist enveloping needs of specifiers employed on multi-million pound contracts throughout the UK and overseas.

We have been key suppliers for some of the most prestigious and cutting-edge projects of the past eight decades. Whatever the project and wherever it is, we have the expertise, diverse product knowledge and industry experience to successfully see the project through to completion.
If you are involved in major building projects I'd love the opportunity to talk to you, as we have some cutting edge materials available that are not available anywhere else on the market.
Click on the images below to find out more about some of our past projects (for even more, have a look at our case studies) to find out more about what we do and how we do it.
